It comes with no surprise that caffeine is the most overused psychoactive stimulant out there. I too have to have my cup of coffee each day to stay productive or my pre-workout to make my workouts feel more meaningful. Every few weeks I need to take a caffeine break from my workouts so I don't become to addicted or worse harm my heart health.
Watching so many people get caught up on drugs like heroin is a real shame and I wish there was more to do about it. They start feeling cravings like a nicotine user would and need to feel the same highs to avoid withdrawal. These addictive personalities in people can really do them in once they build up a tolerance to it.
