Drives and Needs

Drives and needs are an internal source of motivation. For example, when someone is hungry that drive pushes he or she for the search for food. The drive energizes behavior toward the need for satisfaction. When the human mind wants something, he or she will do everything in their way to achieve that goal. There are three needs to explain behavior; 1. Psychologists measure the intensity of a need with a valid questionnaire. 2. To compute between need-scale scores and behaviors. 3. The correlation should be statistically significant.
