Failure: The Key to Success

This video clip gives personal accounts about how failure is what led them to the achievement of success. This is a concept that is really very true and it’s something that I feel most people, including myself, look past. Failure has a bad reputation, but ultimately it is what gives us reason to keep going to achieve something. It is how we learn what does and doesn’t work so that we can succeed. It is what pushes us to become better and gives us learning experience that we wouldn’t have without it. Failure is what motivates us to strive for more.

  1. In some way i believe in this method because sometimes when people reach their ultimate lows they risk whatever they have at which it gives them the drive to succeed

  2. Failure I feel does help improve ones insight to want to succeed, when I was in high school I was had poor grades and never thought I would even attempt college. However, my parents wanted me to go and I had a lot of encouragement and I started off at a community college. I worked as hard as I could and I graduated with my associates degree with a 3.8 GPA and I was amazed and doors started to open. I am now a senior and I will be graduating in May with 2 degrees, failing helps to push you more and motivates you to get where you want to go.

  3. Mistakes are a part of everyday life and I believe that in growing up they need to be made in order to be avoided in the future. I totally agree with your statement. Some of the most successful people failed at some point in their lives. Failure, in my opinion, is was fuels us towards success.
