Coping with Stress

Stress:

Coping with stress can be difficult, there are a few ways that may be helpful to relieve someones stress levels. For example, eating a healthy diet with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, having Salmon etc. Some form of daily exercise is extremely beneficial because it releases good endorphins. Trying alternative methods as well can relieve high stress levels, acupressure can be helpful. Taking vitamins such as St. John Wart is also found useful. Take time and relax; too much stress can be very harmful to your health.

  1. Coping with stress can be very difficult. I stress all the time over classes, and work, and all the other little things that there are through out the day. Even though I say, you should take things one step at a time, i usually never take my own advice.

  2. Cool Video! I definitely could use some de-stressing tips. I was trying to do the self-acupressure Lu 1 move, but I couldn't figure out exactly what rib she was talking about lol. I guess thats going to be the next youtube video I watch:)

  3. The foods we eat can definitely have an effect on us, particularly when we're stressed. Going for an apple instead of a bag of chips the next time you're stressed while studying for an exam can make a big difference. Also, vitamin B (particulary B12, or more effectively, B-Complex) and Valerian Root can do wonders.
