Your post made me think of this when talking about smokers wanting a cigarette when they see someone else light one up. You also talked about how one may perform poorly when others around them are performing poorly. Me and my boyfriend enjoy working out and eating healthy together. When one of us is performing poorly and slacking off, the other seems to follow. Your post brought light to this and now I am motivated to train harder and eat better in hopes that it will be contagious and we can both thrive. Great post, I am excited to check this book out.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16098597311251101207noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4432832965657953047.post-51301538602558427072017-08-01T11:37:14.544-07:002017-08-01T11:37:14.544-07:00Absolutely love the post! I feel someone who doesn't try and seek it out may have preconceived notions and judgment towards it, and be skeptical of what it really does, but being an avid meditator, I know that it decrease negative thinking.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11137059469221943719noreply@blogger.com
