I love the reference you mentioned of the Febreze being the finishing touch to the clean room. For myself, in order to get into the routine of working out and making it a habit, my motivation is the reward of relaxation afterwards. I tell myself if I go to the gym for one hour, I will be able to relax for the rest of the day. It also makes me feel good to get in a work out!
